Does it really work offline?
Yes! The Driver app works 100% offline. Your drivers can complete jobs, take photos, and record notes with zero cell signal. Everything syncs automatically when they're back on WiFi.
How do automatic reminders work?
SepticRoute calculates when each tank is due for service based on tank size and household size. 14 days before the due date, we automatically send an email and SMS to the customer reminding them to schedule service.
What is route optimization?
Our route optimizer uses GPS locations to reorder your daily jobs by proximity. This minimizes driving distance, saves fuel, and gets your drivers home earlier. One click shows you exactly how much fuel and time you'll save.
Can drivers use voice notes?
Yes! Drivers can tap the mic button and speak their notes. The audio is transcribed to text instantly, even offline. This is perfect for drivers wearing gloves or working in messy conditions.
Does it handle compliance reporting?
Yes. Drivers log the disposal site and manifest number for every job. When a job is completed, SepticRoute auto-generates a compliance report with photos and emails it to the county (if required in your area).
Can I track where my drivers are?
Yes. When a driver starts a job, their location is tracked in real-time on the Office app. You can see "Mike is 5 minutes from his next job." Tracking only happens during work hours for privacy.
